Senaman utk ketenangan

Tiba2 lak rasa perlukan ketenangan... well, our madam said it's was simple juz follow this step... so, sya pun try la...by than i feel its was succassfull... tak caya... try, test dan cuba la ^_^

Step 1 : Letak tangan pada bahagian abdomen anda

Step 2 : Tarik nafas dalam2 melalui hidung

Step 3 : Tahan mengikut kemampuan anda

Step 4 : Hembus perlahan2 melalui mulut

Kesudahannya anda akan merasa suatu ketenangan...
em... klu rasa gementar pn, blh try jg...
Insyaallah... ia akan membantu...
